I am seeking any U.S. Coast Guard records relating to the disappearance of the aircraft Piper Lance, registration 9H‑ABU, which vanished on 3 December 1995 while en route from Djerba, Tunisia to Malta. There were six men on board: Carmelo Bartolo, Matthew Aquilina, Philip Farrugia, Desmond Boomer, Michael Williams, and Tadeusz Gorny.
