Dear Cormac and Alice

I am happy to inform you that I won the process in London. Judge statement was that AMEX Service Limited (MAPEL) is responsible for Tadeusz's death. Me and my laywers are waiting now if the defendants will appeal to the court. This will be known in the middle of June. If they will not, the second step will be taken - dispute about damages. I hope that at this time proper British authorities will find if there were rules of crime law broken.

I wrote a letter to Mandy. I was wondering if she continues the proceedings against MAPEL. If it is so I would like to send her materials that may be helpful.

I am also interested in what happens on Malta. Did the Prime Minister answer to Cormac’s letter?

I wish I could speak English and talk with you on the phone. I hope I will have some time to learn it someday.
