Excellair the company that operates services of private airplanes and who recently was operating services to Tunisia was stopped from these services through court. This from the 1st Hall of the Civil Court presided by judge Geoffrey Valenzia, this after a mandate against Excellair was made by Euro Serv Ltd.
This mandate against Excelair was made by Euro Serv Ltd who stated that Excellair was operating trips to Djerba in Tunisia after the trips by sea between Malta and Libya had been cancelled.
Euro Serv also stated that Excellair was doing these trips contrary to agreement that existed between the two companies and resulted in a [cant make out this bit] Lm300,000
