Dear Alice & Cormac.
Have tried to contact you from home on Saturday evening but was unsuccessful, On Superone TV it was announced that the Board of lnquiry have now finalised their report and have given it to the Minister ot Transport Censu Galea but it is not known when the Minister will make it public or if he will make it public.
Again we are not inforrned in writing or verbally and we have to hear it from the TV.
The other stations have not said anything about this so they must have got the into from court. l have tried my contact in court but have no reply yet.
Re our conversation last week and your possibility of writing a letter or an article may I suggest that at this point it is wiser not to in fact before this news came out l spoke to my contact about my possible visit (you know where) and he told me that this could be very soon and was very upset about Joe‘s letter in the paper and he also suggested to stop writing now at this crucial time.
I attach newspaper cutting in today's Times re Lockerbie.
Rgds
